Data security

The best protection for your data is holding as little of it as possible. That is the principle this site is built on. What we do hold, we protect.

How the site is protected

• All traffic to and from the site is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
• The internal dashboard is restricted to Betaroo staff through Google single sign-on limited to our workspace, and every internal surface sits behind that gate.
• Access follows least privilege: staff only reach the systems their work requires.
• The public site sets no tracking cookies and holds no payment details. When the app launches, subscriptions are billed through the app stores, so card details never touch Betaroo systems.

What we store

The site stores waitlist email addresses, contact form messages and anonymous, aggregated usage analytics, with no IP address retention, no precise location, no cross-site tracking. Details are in the privacy policy.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue in the Betaroo website, we would genuinely like to hear about it. Email support@betaroo.io with enough detail to reproduce it, give us a reasonable window to fix it before any disclosure, and we will keep you updated as we do.
