These terms cover your use of the Betaroo website. By using the site you agree to them. The Betaroo app, when it launches, will have its own terms and subscription conditions.

What Betaroo is

Betaroo is a sports betting analytics platform. We publish probability estimates, rankings, and supporting evidence. We are not a bookmaker: we do not accept wagers, hold betting funds, or set odds. Nothing on this site is betting, financial, or professional advice, and nothing here is an inducement to bet.

No guarantees

Probabilities are evidence-based estimates, not predictions or promises. Sport is uncertain. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and any decision you make, including any bet you place with a third party, is yours alone.

Eligibility

The site is intended for adults. You must be of legal age for gambling-related content in your jurisdiction (18+ in Australia, 21+ in some places) to use it.

Your use of the site

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to break or probe our systems, no using the content to build a competing data service. The site's content, design, and branding belong to Betaroo and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Third parties

The site may link to services we do not control, including gambling support services and, in future, app stores. Their terms and policies apply on their sites.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Betaroo is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including betting losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
